Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment

  • The ticket for HYDE can be paid in two parts. The deposit is €50 and due upon registration (we will contact you via Discord).
    Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining payment is due by     Friday, 5. January 2024.
    You can also choose to pay the full amount at once. 

Refunds

  • Your ticket can only be refunded if the organisation can find another person to take your place (we usually have a waiting list, therefore chances are good : ) However, you can help us with that process by contacting NotReallySecretSab via Discord. 
    After 27. March, one week before the event, no refunds will be available.
  • The amount that we refund will be your ticket price minus the deposit.
  • As your ticket is tied to your name, you must not resell your ticket yourself.

Cancellation

  • Not showing up to the event, without giving us any notice (and thus preventing someone from the waiting list to join) may result in a ban for the next Hyde. This does not apply, if for whatever reason you were unable to contact us.
